Why we called it Qavah
Qavah is a Hebrew word for gathering together, as when the waters were gathered into one place (Genesis 1:9). It also means to wait in hope, as in Isaiah 40:31.
We built Qavah ChMS to gather your church's records into one place, so more of your time goes to your people.
Questions churches ask
Do we need to install anything?
No. Qavah ChMS runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. Sign up, add your church's details and invite your team.
Can other churches see our records?
No. Each church has its own private workspace, and each person on your team sees only what their role allows.
How many of our team can sign in?
Staff logins depend on your plan: Free 2, Starter 5, Pro 15 and Max unlimited. Moving up a plan adds more.
What counts as a member?
Active members and new converts count toward your plan. Visitors and inactive records are free and unlimited on every plan, so you never have to stop recording first-time guests.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your workspace moves to the Free plan (up to 50 active members) and keeps all of its records. Choose a plan at any time to unlock every module again. If you pay before the trial ends, the days you have left are added to your plan.
Can we pay with Mobile Money?
Yes. Payments go through Paystack, which accepts MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money and cards. Bank transfers can be arranged with our team.
